1. Shipping Range
We currently provide shipping within Australia only.
Orders outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fee

Orders 79.99 AUD or above (including 79.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

Orders below 79.99 AUD will incur a flat 7.99 AUD shipping fee.
All fees displayed during checkout reflect the final payable amount.
3. Taxes
All listed product prices already include applicable taxes.
No additional tax will be charged at checkout.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Cut-off time for same-day processing is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.

If the order is placed on weekends or public holidays, processing will start on the following business day.
5. Processing Time
Once an order enters our workflow, the estimated handling period is 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Minor delays may occur during peak volume periods.
6. Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated transit period is 5–10 business days.
Arrival time may vary depending on region, carrier capacity, seasonal traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

We will assist by communicating with the carrier and make reasonable efforts to support resolution.
If an incorrect address or contact information is provided that results in delays, failed delivery, or returns, the recipient is responsible for any resulting consequences.

Please inspect your parcel upon receipt.
