Refund Policy

 

This page applies to all orders placed through Homelunaro (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

1. Valid Period for Returns & Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges may be submitted within 45 days from the date of receipt.
Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  1. The item shows visible exterior defects;

  2. The item has functional or quality-related issues;

  3. The item has noticeable odor, severe color deviation, or similar issues;

  4. The received item does not match what was ordered;

  5. A return or exchange request may also be made without providing a reason, provided the item remains in unused and intact condition.

Items must be returned in clean, unused condition with all accessories (if applicable).

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

The process for returns and exchanges is the same and includes the following steps:

  1. Contact us by email or phone to submit your request. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Photos or videos showing the concern (if applicable)

  2. Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, we will notify you via your provided contact details and supply the return address.
    The return address will be included in the approval notification.

  3. Send the item to the designated return address and retain shipment records for reference.

  4. Once the returned item is received, we will inspect the condition. If the item meets the stated criteria:

    • For returns: We will process the refund within 1–3 business days back to the original payment method

    • For exchanges: We will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 1–3 business days

4. Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after the return has been received and confirmed.
Funds will be issued back to the original payment method used (e.g., bank card, Visa, MasterCard).
If delays occur beyond the processing window, please contact us for support.

5. Cost Rules

  1. If the return or exchange is due to item-related issues (defects, quality problems, odor, severe color deviation, incorrect item received), we will cover all shipping costs.

  2. If the request is made without reason, all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange are the responsibility of the requester.

6. Responsibility

We will provide reasonable assistance throughout the return or exchange process.
If shipment information is inaccurate, cannot be verified, or the parcel is not returned as instructed, the requester will be responsible for any resulting impact.
Please ensure the product is securely packed when returning it, as damage caused during transit due to improper packaging may affect eligibility.

Each parcel includes a return label to simplify the return process.
